At Smart Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable technology. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the smartwatch you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the smartwatch, original charger, and any included accessories back into the original retail packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
